Privacy Notice

TrackProof, a product of Division369 Studios LLC, is the data controller for your account and licensing data. This notice explains what we collect and how it is used.

What we collect

  • Account email and name.
  • License state and a hashed device identifier (via our licensing provider Keygen) used solely to enforce device limits.
  • Purchase and billing data, which is collected and processed by Paddle as merchant of record. We never see your card details.

What we do not collect

Your footage, plates, and project data never leave your machine. TrackProof is local first; analysis runs entirely on your computer and no media is uploaded.

Emails

We send transactional emails (account setup, receipts via Paddle, license notices). No marketing without consent.

Retention and rights

We keep account data while your account is active. Email support@trackproofvfx.com to access or delete your data.

Data processors

  • Paddle (payments, merchant of record).
  • Keygen (licensing).
  • Supabase (accounts, hosting).

We do not sell personal data.
