Terms of Service

Seller

TrackProof is sold by Paddle.com Inc., our merchant of record, which handles payment, billing, and tax. Your order is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

License

Subscription grants a non transferable license: Freelance covers 2 registered devices with 1 active session; Studio covers 1 computer per seat, reassignment managed by your studio administrator. License sharing is prohibited.

Trials

14 day free trials are granted by application and manual approval. After trial expiry the app becomes read only: your projects remain viewable and are never deleted, but analysis, exports, reports, and batch features are disabled until purchase.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime via the link in your Paddle receipt or the customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Software

TrackProof is provided as is without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose to the extent permitted by law. It is an analysis tool; you remain responsible for verifying results in production.

Enforcement

Licenses are validated online with a hashed machine fingerprint. We may suspend licenses obtained fraudulently or shared in violation of these terms.
